Terms and Conditions
Welcome to vdoarts!
Thank you for choosing to use vdoarts. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, services, applications, and all associated content, whether accessed via the web, mobile, or other supported devices. By engaging with any part of the vdoarts ecosystem, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept or understand any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the service immediately.
These Terms are intended to protect both you—the user—and us, the service provider, by setting out clear expectations, limitations, and rights for all parties. They include important legal disclosures, rules for acceptable use, intellectual property guidelines, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution procedures. It is your responsibility to read these Terms carefully and consult them regularly, as they may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in laws, features, or company policies.
By continuing to use vdoarts, you affirm your commitment to act responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with all applicable laws and platform rules. Your continued use of our services implies full acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments. We encourage you to periodically revisit this page to stay informed about your legal rights and responsibilities.
Acceptance of Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, business practices, or service offerings. When updates occur, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of the document and may notify you through email or on-site notifications. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions also incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other legal guidelines we publish. We recommend reviewing all relevant documents regularly to stay informed. In the event of any conflict between these documents, the terms in this agreement will take precedence.
You are agreeing to:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Read and understand all policies related to your use of vdoarts
Accept changes to the terms as part of ongoing platform use
Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account
Contact support if you disagree with the updated terms
User Overview
On our website, there are two main types of users: Buyers and Official Employers. Buyers can browse various services, and if they find something suitable, they can proceed to purchase that service. Our official team members post services based on their expertise—such as video editing, graphic design, and more.
Since our website is managed by a private company, not just anyone can create an account and start selling services. Only individuals officially recruited by our platform’s authority will be permitted to post and sell. Recruitment is conducted through an interview process to ensure only qualified professionals are selected.
Departments and Content Guidelines
Our platform is divided into various departments based on the nature of services, such as the Video Project Department, Graphics Department, 3D Product Department, and more. Each department consists of several official team members working in their respective fields.
We only upload original content created by our in-house team. Uploading copied or third-party content is strictly prohibited. If any member uploads copyrighted material, we urge others to report it to the Head Department, and we will take immediate action.
Jobs and Service Orders
Every service listing on our website is considered a Job. When a buyer places an order, they will receive exactly the Job they selected. Therefore, we strongly advise buyers to read the Job Description carefully before placing an order.
If a buyer needs a custom job or specialized service, they should not place a direct order. Instead, they should first send a message to discuss the requirements in detail. Once both parties agree, a custom order can be created based on mutual consent.
Account Creation and Responsibilities
To access and use many features of vdoarts, you must create an account by providing accurate and truthful information. This includes your name, email, payment details, and service-related preferences. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to update your account details promptly in case of any changes, and to use strong, unique passwords to help safeguard your account. Any unauthorized access or suspected security breach must be reported to vdoarts immediately. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
Creating multiple accounts to mislead users, manipulate platform functions, or bypass rules is strictly prohibited. We may suspend or delete duplicate, fraudulent, or inactive accounts at our discretion. Your account must be used in accordance with our user conduct guidelines to ensure a safe and fair experience for all.
As a registered user, you must:
Provide accurate registration and billing information
Keep your password secure and private
Avoid creating multiple or fake accounts
Notify us of any unauthorized account use
Follow community and platform rules
Platform Services Overview
vdoarts provides a digital marketplace where clients can purchase creative and digital services from service providers, also known as freelancers. Service providers may offer services such as video editing, animation, design, and more, while clients can browse offerings, place orders, and communicate directly with freelancers through the platform.
All service listings must be clear, truthful, and accurately describe the scope and deliverables. Service providers are responsible for fulfilling orders according to the agreed-upon terms and timelines. Clients, in turn, must ensure they provide complete requirements and respond in a timely manner to communication.
We reserve the right to monitor activity on the platform to ensure compliance with our terms. Any misuse, fraud, or unethical behavior may result in penalties including account suspension or permanent removal. We aim to maintain a trusted, professional environment for both buyers and sellers.
Platform rules include:
Only list services you can genuinely deliver
Communicate professionally and promptly
Use the platform solely for lawful purposes
Avoid spam, impersonation, or deceptive practices
Report misconduct via the appropriate support channels
Payment Terms and Escrow
Payments on vdoarts are facilitated through our secure payment partner, Paddle. Clients agree to pay the listed price for services upfront, which is held in escrow until the work is completed. Once the service is marked complete and approved by the client, the payment is released to the service provider.
This escrow model helps protect both clients and providers by ensuring that payments are only transferred when the agreed work has been satisfactorily delivered. In cases where disputes arise, our support team can intervene and mediate the situation based on provided evidence.
You must not attempt to bypass the payment system by requesting or offering direct payments outside of the platform. Doing so is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination. Paddle’s terms and privacy practices also apply to all transactions on vdoarts.
Payment process includes:
Secure checkout through Paddle
Funds held safely until project completion
No external transactions allowed
Transparent transaction records in your dashboard
Dispute resolution options for delayed or unsatisfactory services
Revisions and Modifications
Service providers are encouraged to clearly state the number of revisions included in each service listing. Clients should review these terms before placing an order. If a client requests modifications beyond the included limit, the provider may charge an additional fee.
Timely communication during the revision phase is crucial. Clients should articulate specific feedback, and providers must respond within a reasonable time to maintain workflow efficiency. Failure to respond may lead to automatic approval or dispute resolution involvement.
vdoarts promotes transparency between clients and service providers by logging all communication and updates. Providers should avoid vague responses, and clients should avoid requesting changes outside the agreed-upon scope unless renegotiated.
Revision process expectations:
Clearly define revision limits in listings
Provide specific, actionable feedback
Use the messaging system for documentation
Avoid scope creep or unreasonable demands
Providers may offer paid extras for additional changes
Refunds and Dispute Resolution
Refunds are granted only under specific conditions, such as service non-delivery, unapproved work, or verified technical errors. To request a refund, clients must contact our support team within a reasonable period, along with clear evidence explaining the issue. Change of mind or dissatisfaction without valid cause may not be eligible for refunds.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Paddle. The timing of refunds may vary depending on your bank, payment processor, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases where service providers have followed the brief and delivered as agreed.
If a conflict arises, we recommend both parties communicate professionally and attempt resolution. When necessary, our support team may mediate, review records, and make a final decision based on fairness and platform rules.
Refund-related criteria:
Only eligible for service non-delivery or unapproved work
Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Evidence must be provided for support review
No refunds for misuse, misunderstanding, or after approval
Support decision is final in unresolved disputes
User Conduct and Responsibilities
All users are expected to act respectfully and lawfully while using vdoarts. This includes treating other users with professionalism, refraining from harassment or abusive behavior, and complying with all applicable laws and platform rules. Misconduct may result in warnings, penalties, or account termination.
Unacceptable conduct includes spamming, threatening language, discrimination, hate speech, and attempts to manipulate reviews or listings. Users must also refrain from posting or sharing content that is offensive, illegal, or violates intellectual property laws.
vdoarts reserves the right to investigate any reports of misconduct and take appropriate action. This ensures a safe and inclusive space for freelancers and clients alike. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned from the platform.
Unacceptable behaviors:
Harassment or abuse of any kind
Posting misleading, fake, or harmful content
Sharing private information without consent
Attempting to game the platform (e.g., fake reviews)
Circumventing platform safeguards or features
Termination and Suspension of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, especially if we detect a violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent behavior, or non-compliance with platform policies. Such actions may occur with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the issue.
Users whose accounts are terminated lose access to current projects, earnings (if applicable), saved data, and community features. In some cases, we may withhold funds for up to 90 days to protect against chargebacks or fraud before releasing any remaining balance.
To prevent termination, users should familiarize themselves with all platform rules and contact support if unsure about compliance. We strive for fairness and typically issue warnings before account suspension unless the violation is serious.
Reasons for account suspension include:
Repeated rule violations or complaints
Use of fake identities or multiple accounts
Scamming or attempting to bypass payments
Intellectual property infringement
Fraudulent activity or abuse of refunds
Dispute Resolution and Mediation
vdoarts encourages users to resolve conflicts through direct communication before escalating issues to our support team. Many misunderstandings arise from miscommunication, and in most cases, respectful dialogue can lead to quick resolutions without intervention.
If a dispute cannot be resolved between the client and the service provider, either party may contact our support team, who will request all relevant details such as order ID, messages, and delivered files. Our team will assess the situation and act as a neutral mediator to suggest a fair outcome.
In cases where platform mediation is insufficient, we may refer the case to a third-party mediator or legal channel depending on the complexity. Our decisions are final and binding in most cases unless local laws provide otherwise.
Dispute process includes:
Attempt resolution between client and provider first
Gather evidence such as messages or files
Contact vdoarts support with clear details
Allow mediation for 3–5 business days
Accept resolution or escalate externally if needed
Limitation of Liability
vdoarts is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to service quality, miscommunication, late deliveries, or third-party service failures. You agree to use the platform at your own risk.
While we strive to ensure a smooth and secure experience, technical glitches, content errors, and external issues may occur from time to time. vdoarts provides no warranties or guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy of listings, or suitability of freelancers.
In no event shall vdoarts, its owners, employees, or affiliates be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, income loss, or reputational harm. Our liability is limited to the amount paid through our platform for the disputed transaction.
Covered limitations include:
No guarantees on freelancer behavior or output
Not liable for missed deadlines or poor quality
No responsibility for third-party actions or downtime
Financial liability capped at the amount paid
Not accountable for unauthorized access or data loss

Children's Privacy
vdoarts does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. Our platform and services are intended for a general audience, and we take proactive steps to block underage access. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly delete the data.
We strongly encourage parents to monitor their children’s online activity and educate them about safe internet use. Users must confirm their age when creating an account, and any suspicious activity related to minors is investigated thoroughly.
If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take immediate action to remove it and suspend the associated account. We also comply with relevant child protection laws such as COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).
Our approach includes:
Preventing underage registration via age checks
Blocking access to account features for minors
Providing parental reporting channels
Cooperating with legal authorities
Ensuring all content is family-safe by default
Behavioral Tracking and Analytics
We use various tools to collect behavioral data to improve our platform. These may include Google Analytics, Hotjar, or custom solutions that record session data, clicks, scroll depth, and navigation paths. This information helps us identify bugs, optimize performance, and better understand how users interact with our content.
Behavioral data is generally anonymized or aggregated and does not identify you personally. However, when combined with other personal data (like account activity), it can help tailor content and user interfaces to suit your preferences. You can disable most tracking tools through browser extensions or settings.
We honor Do Not Track (DNT) settings where feasible and offer cookie consent management in supported regions. All tracking practices align with global privacy standards and are implemented to improve—not exploit—user experience.
We track:
Pages visited and time spent
Click paths and scroll behavior
Errors or loading issues
Device and browser characteristics
Session duration and return frequency
